I was born in a family of swimming champ. He was 115kg mountain of muscles, no fat at all! My dad used to take me to the pool since I was 4 years old. I have been actively involved in sports all my life.
In my teen years, I was very skinny boy, and I desperately wanted to put some weight, but I couldn't! I ate like elephant, and I still didn't pick up nothing. In these years any literature was scarce, and everything was covered with a cloud of mystery, which made it extremely difficult for the fitness enthusiast like me. Eventually in 1989 I went to the gym and the owner gave me a training programme. In 3 months only, I picked 12 kg of pure muscles, so much that my friends, which didn't see me since then couldn't believe! Then I met Professor Dobrev from the Sport Academy, and he shared with me his vast experience as with a friend. I gathered like bee every single bit of reliable information and put it to practice. My landlord was X Ray specialist and he supplied me with some superb quality protein powders and vitamins. My father was a chief of a maintenance department in a big factory, and I concluded that if I find enough iron, I could built my own home gym. One fine day I went to his factory with 400kg of iron which I carried in parts with a trolley from 4kms! Me, Dad and my friend Eugene spent whole day boring holes, welding and cutting. Eventually I had my own gym! I had the convenience to train whenever I wanted without waiting for somebody to finish his set! I love classical music, and I still remember how I trained listening to the music of Richard Wagner. Eugene visited me frequently and we started competing against each other. I remember how productive this competition was. He would squat 100kg, I would beat him with 105, next competition he would do 110, and I would try beyond myself but will push 112, etc. There I forged one of my bodybuilding principles - 'whatever you do, do it with all your might' - Ecclesiastes 9:10.

Having the right knowledge gives all my customers the assurance that they get the best programs and diets in order to achieve results in shortest possible time. You don't need to waste time and money to find out what works or not. I already did that. Make use of my experience and get the body you want. For the record, I do not take any banned or dangerous supplements to get some shortcuts. I am vegetarian (currently I don't eat not only meat but dairy products, milk and eggs as well) and as you can see you don't need to eat meat to be strong and to look good.
I believe that one need to be strong, but also fit! What I mean is that there are lot of people who can push good weights, but ask them to swim 300m and they are dead.
So having some aerobic exercise in your training routine is a must. Don't think that I have been born like that. First, I was very skinny boy as you can see on the first picture. Second, I became fat, my weight was 113 kg, just look at these pics (it is not my brother, I have none):
